First thing you see when you walk in is the make-station and the oven. Beautiful delicious pie, might be the best in Pittsburgh. It was nigh perfect. Sourdough proofs for 3 days. Super fluffy and light crust but not a deep dish, so it was a solid foundation and did not make me feel heavy. This is a fantastic restaurant serving creative pizzas, salads, appetizers and an assortment of entrees ranging from brisket Mac and cheese (my favorite) to salmon, steak and sometimes duck. A very nice feature is that every salad can be bought as a half portion. They do not take reservations, so it's walk in only, but we had no wait getting a party of 7 in around 5 pm.
