They are consistently understaffed, which is understandable, especially during these times. However, it would be beneficial if they could communicate with customers who are patiently waiting and acknowledge their patience. Additionally, the original chicken sandwich was unpleasant, and my son's kids meal barely had any fries. I refrained from complaining due to the evident staffing shortage.
