This location of Rakkii Ramen is located inside the Trolley Barn in Quakertown. Rakkii Ramen is one of the stands in the Trolley Barn and has a tables for indoor-dining and counter seating. The wait might be longer if you go during lunch hour - enjoyed the Noodle Wrapped Shrimps and the Karaage Chicken Ramen.
EXCELLENT ramen. I’ve had both the black garlic tonkotsu and the spicy miso, as well as the takoyaki appetizer. All were fantastic and very true to the traditional flavors of each dish. The broth was rich and flavorful, pork belly seared nicely, and the marinated egg was excellent. Takkii far outpaces Mr. Lee’s noodles at Easton Public Market. Mason runs a great place. I’ve had 4 or 5 different dishes and they all have great flavor and texture. Perfect food on a damp day and enjoyable anytime. Do NOT skip their teas. Almost better than the food…almost.
