7am arrival time and running late to a lacrosse tournament, I had to make sure the kids started out on the right foot- eating on the run, they were way in front of me by the time eating occurred so no pics. The food was good, we used the facilities, they were clean and the gentleman who let us know our order was ready (we had ordered from kiosk so this was only contact with staff) was polite and friendly, especially silly for 7am. The workers were more interested in when they were leaving, per their conversation. How can you be Panera BRESD and be out of bread? I understand bagels but baguettes? Also place was dirty.

Went there January 18th and bought a dozen of your chocolate chip cookies and they were so hard. Ended up throwing them in the garbage. I really think they sold me very very old cookies. I go there maybe every 4 to 6 weeks and this time they were horrible. Be awhile before I go back.
