How long should a burger sit on the service shelf? We were close enough to the kitchen and saw platters sitting there for up to 10 minutes, including ours. The food was warm enough but could have been warmer. Our waitess was out on the floor being very attentive to her tables. She either had too many tables or wasn't notified her platters were up . Service is not what it use to be.

Their burgers never get old! But man they've gotten over prices. $15-$19 a burger is far from the $9.99-13.99 it was a few years back. Kids love the video games at the table and the server was awesome. Food came out as ordered. Just hurt my wallet compared to the good old days ($100+ for 4 ppl, no apps or dessert!).
