For my money, you won’t get a better barbecue, anywhere else in Berks. We often drive the 12 miles for some of their homemade soups. Our favorite is the noodle soup… With the small noodles.
Speedy hot dog counter makes a wide variety of custom wieners or hamburgers to order while you wait. Hot dogs and burgers are griddled and served on steamed buns. Coney sauce is pretty mild and meaty with very little liquid.

Comfy, cozy, fun, and tasty ... I would never take the time on my own to prep hot dogs the way these folks do! My family had one of the best rainy day outings ever this past weekend, and this lil place was just the 'icing on our cake'. The people around us were friendly. The staff, even though a little short-handed, worked hard and gave exceptional service to everyone. Highly Recommended!!
