Wow our first and surely NOT our last visit. From the time we walked in, we were greeted by Cathy our server who was very pleasant and asked if this was our first time visiting...so we advised yes. From start to finish the food and service was as if we were back in New York or even better back in Italy. We loved this place. Local Italian cooking, cooked by Angelo himself. Cathy our waitress was so much fun and loved to make us laugh. The bread was warm and freshly baked and was delicious I had the rigatoni bake and the sauce with bolognese and was perfect. Wonderful dinner at Arcangelo's - hidden gem in Scranton (literally - it's tucked away). The staff is incredibly warm, funny and friendly, not to mention attentive. We were turned on to this spot by friends who are regulars and brought us, so we got special attention including a visit with the owner/chef and his assistant chef.
