“I ordered jerk chicken and shrimp over fried rice with two sides. For my first time the food was amazing and customer service was excellent. We have to keep supporting our culture.”
“Sparky s was great. The owner was amazing and friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. So good it makes you want to slap your mama!….I would just clean up a little bit.”
“I ordered of f of DoorDash. I got the dry rice and fish. It was fresh and delicious.. 10/10 I’ll definitely be ordering again was to feed to ppl with the portions .”
“The best breakfast sandwiches, cheesesteaks and platters snacks always fresh in stock as well as the beverages. I’ve been coming here for about six years now and I have to say the new people Who are currently here running better than the people who were previously there I want to say 2020 circa. Absolutely love this ”
“My husband and I have been here a handful of times and I've never been disappointed! We usually get the fish and shrimp platter which is a huge serving. Last night we had Grouper and Shrimp and all the fixings (red potatoes, corn on the cob, and broccoli) it was delicious! The staff members are friendly and seem to giggle at my humor when I called to place my order. You will not be disappointed.”
“Absolutely awesome food!! Before even touching the food, I snuck some fries and fries never tasted so good. The cheese steak egg rolls were the best I've ever had... crunchy outside and well seasoned, melt in your mouth inside.General Tso's Salmon and Shrimp was on point!Tina's Wings... while I prefer my wings fried a little harder, they were still very well prepared and tasted great!I will absolutely be back and telling everyone they need to check this restaurant out!”
“Well, this place isn't what it used to be. I would drive at least 8 miles just to get your food like I did today. And got a cheesecake scramble eggs or cheese. Extra onion and with sauce but it gets me. I was in the store a whole time and did not even see them make it. And that kind of bothered me. But when I get have bought a the grocery store and get more meat for less money. I'm kind of done with this place. I'm not getting what I used to get. And I don't mind paying the prices. But when I know I'm not getting what I paid for and I know what I used to get. I'm been doing with them for close to. We'll still 1516 years. And now I feel like I'm being Ripped off but it's up to me to correct that”
“I love their food. It's the only placed I'll go, pick up or delivery, for Chinese. Portions are big & guy at the front is always friendly. Sometimes their egg rolls can be greasy, but they're fried in oil so that expected.”
“I have had nothing but good experiences at this particular Dunkin' Donuts. The staff are friendly and polite, the pumpkin donut was fresh and delicious...all the trays of donuts were full with fresh donuts around 10:30 am...and the cold brew foamed pumpkin coffee...the best! ...and I got it with skim milk, sugar and foam....they made it just right!By far, the BEST Dunkin Donuts around...just like the olden days of Dunkin Donuts...when everything was fresh and had overall polite service!I will be back!!”
“The heirloom corn grits with crab fat sofrito & mother rucker burger were made to profección. Our server who I believe said her name was “(mi-ahh)” was also a vibe-genuine.”
“With an ever-changing menu, I know that no matter what vegan dish I order from Primary it’s always going to be exciting and delicious. Many of the dishes have kept me up at night from the french toast to the cheesesteak and the jackfruit medianoche.Chef Mark has always been hospitable and attentive, and you can tell how much passion he has for his plates and his community. This restaurant is truly a gem in Philly and the team behind its magic deserve all the success. If you’re looking for a place to try, you cannot go wrong by visiting Primary.”
“We are so incredibly lucky to live less than a 10min walk from West Passyunk to Stina. The food, staff and space are a perfectly balanced blend with so much love, care and attention to detail put into each dish. Order everything… Stina forever! 5⭐️”
“I've been here a few times, it's a fun place to bring people because of the whole speakeasy vibe. They don't take reservations so it's hit or miss if you can actually get in. Drinks are hit or miss for me too. Over time I've done drinks from the menu and the bartenders choice. I know it sounds silly but I really dislike the ice they use! It's like ice chips which cheapens the drinks, which seems to go against the suave swanky vibe. I got the pickle mule this time though and really liked it.”
“The dining experience here was pretty good but not exceptional. The food was alright for the price, service was friendly enough albeit a little bit slow and lacking in attention.”
“The food here is absolutely incredible. Just next level sushi that makes you not want to eat sushi from anywhere else. That RICE is just perfect. Also if you're lucky enough to snag a spot at the Omakase then you're in for a REAL treat. :)”
“Having grown up with Texas breakfast tacos I was excited to see a spot in Philly to create what I was missing from home. Bfast taco was good, flavor was def there. A bit on the pricier end for a breakfast taco, even with a homemade tortilla. Was hoping all salsas were given out as well, tried the guaijlo , had good flavor. Not sure if I’ll be a reg just because they’re pricey. But I do appreciate what they are bringing to Philly.”
“Fantastic experience top to bottom. Dropped in and got a seat at the bar. Ordered the chefs menu blind and was shocked at the amount of food and the quality. Fantastic all around.”
“Such a great experience. The service was quick. Oh the food ???Vegetarian options: Of the 10 options 3 were vegan based so I’d say that’s a plus!Dietary restrictions: Plant-based preferred”
“A stellar experience from start to finish. Our server, Morrigan, was friendly and knowledgable. Every dish was well thought through. And the decor & ambiance complements the concept brilliantly. It is obvious that this team knows what they’re doing and cares deeply about excellence. Will be back whenever we’re in the city.”
“Stopped by here for a quick dinner during Wrestlemania 40 weekend in Philly. Such a cool place with neat decorations through out. If you're a metal head/horror enthusiast, definitely come here. Service was excellent and I started with the Mac And Cheese Balls, which was delicious. Then, I had the spaghetti with 'meatballs.' Good, but thought had way too much tomato sauce.Again, the decor was awesome, atmosphere is chill and had horror movie scenes/commercials playing on their TVs. Would recommend!”
“Bought shrimp tacos, chicken tacos, esquites, chicken tacos and guacamole. The only downside is that the chicken tacos were made with dark chicken thigh meat, I wrongly assumed it would be chicken breast (my fault for not asking).Otherwise good decent food!”
“Definitely the best omakase in Philly!! Quaint bar setting BYOB! Right up close great sushi masters. No special occasion just decided to have sushi with my son. Every course was outstanding! Flavors were amazing. I love seeing the reactions of the other patrons as the eat the courses! Will definitely be back many time hopefully. Well worth the drive great neighborhood ample parking. Beware of the non descript building. At $158 you will be very satisfied with every bite. The ala carte menu has some great add ins priced accordingly 20-38$. They offer hot and cold tea as well as a few soft drinks and water.Parking: Parking down the street metered cash or credit card. Get the appWheelchair accessibility: Same level as street.”
“The only Thai place I will order from in the entire Philadelphia vicinity. The best staff. The best food. The best experience. I will forever give JJ Thai my business and always recommend them to friends & family. By the way, if your server is Air, be prepared because she is the absolute best server I have came across in any restaurant. I worked in the service industry myself, and to come across someone like Air is truly a blessing. She is so friendly, goes above and beyond, and always ensures the best customer service. Thank you JJ Thai and thank you Air for continuous unforgettable experiences.”
“Very small intimate space with the open kitchen directly on the floor. Had an incredible experience here! The staff was super friendly and bantered with us all night. The stand out to me was the scallop toast, it practically melts in your mouth. Though everything we had was excellent flavor and presentation wise. I will absolutely be back!”
“Amazing little bar with a great beer selection and excellent bar food. The wings were among the best I’ve ever had (and I’m from Alberta - we take wings seriously!) knowledgeable server and very friendly. They put a lot of care into the food and drink of this bar and it shows.”
“Food... Amazing!! Service... Fantastic!! Atmosphere... Cozy!!I highly recommend this restaurant. I enjoy the delicious food (especially the Salmon Freekah Salad and Pistachio Sticky Bun) and the Brown Butter Artichoke Borekas are everything!!! After a year of coming here, I've tried nearly everything on the menu ? Owner, Chef Mike Solomonov is incredibly generous!!!”
“This restaurant is located on East Passyunk in South Philly. I love the ambiance and service was great. Meat and veggie platter was delicious. The platter also came with pizza dough which was surprisingly really good. I am also currently obsessed with their gnocchi, it has the perfect texture and the sauce was amazing. Will definitely come back!”
“Oh man! I didn’t know I needed this place in my life but here we are! The Pastéis De Nata was perfect, the iced chai was incredible, and the Antonio breakfast sandwich was everything you’d want from a sandwich. Nothing was left on the plate!”
“Love this place. It’s a favorite for brunches. On weekends expect a wait - today we were told a 30 min wait but in reality it took maybe 15 mins. There’s a cute plant shop nearby you can browse while waiting.Shakshukas are both excellent. The petit steak is also delicious and hearty (they are pieces of steak mixed with potatoes, so don’t expect an actual steak). Salmon was also delicious and refreshing.Highly recommend for brunch in Philly. Some of the best brunch food I’ve had in the East Coast to be honest!”
“The food is usually great every time I order but recently the service had declined. I was told a 20 min wait once I returned I was told another 10 or more because they are busy in the kitchen. If you want good fresh seafood cooked this is a good spot. Customer service is another issue.”
