Hello Bistro

Hello bistro is a newer establisment on College Ave. From what I've read it was created by the Owner's of Eat-N-Park, a Pittsburgh food institution that has become dated in recent years. The bistro's menu is simple -- burgers or salads with a side of fresh cut fries (if desired). The food hits the spot!! Expertly crafted bowls with lots of customization-- you can tell the staff here really want you to enjoy your meal. Everything came out quickly and well balanced. Will definitely come back!

Good quick, and casual for students. Stopped in here between classes and it wasn't crowded at all. Bf had a burger and I had a salad, neither were exceptional but they were good for the price and convenient for students. Freshness of ingredients is pretty nice, I added avocado to my salad for $2 and I will say that for ordering avocado in Pennsylvania in the autumn, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of it.
