I will never go to this location again and I highly recommend nobody else does either. I went in to pick up a mobile order and they were making it when I got there which was fine. However when they went to wrap the second sub it fell apart. Instead of remaking it both employees proceeded to help give other customers. After waiting 20 minutes I approached the one employee who dec to give me attitude. I told them to forget the order and refund it and left. I nev received my refund
Went in to get a sub on my lunch break and the man who was taking my order asked what I’d like and I told him a chicken bacon ranch on an Italian foot long and he asked what cheese and what else I’d like so I proceeded to say provolone, lettuce and ranch please. He then said, very rudely, “So you don’t want any meat on there!? I’m not worried about that other stuff.” I obviously wanted meat as I previously told him a Chicken Bacon Ranch.
