Delicious desserts. My Mom loves the home-made soups and the other lunch fare. We haven’t been there for dinner, but I have a friend who was a regular customer for the liver and onions. There is not much for me as I am vegetarian. The hash browns are delicious but the eggs are so-so and the cheese is rubbery. I am spoiled as I usually eat range free organic eggs. That aside, the price is right for decent diner fare if you eat meat and fish. And the best part is the atmosphere...read full review
I especially enjoyed the Diner's History.The famous scene in the Oscar nominated movie Silver Linings Playbook, starring Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper takes place there.If you're early, you might even get to eat in the booth where they sat?

This diner has always been my go-to diner in Upper Darby. The food portions are big and delicious for the money. Let's not let these gems of our community fade. All the new places out there cut corners and don't have the hand-me-down recipes. Keep it up LD. Would love some Halal options.
