Driving to Pittsburgh my cousin and I decided to grab a bite to eat and the entire experience was a shock. Ketchup on the floor, ill rude employees and teens running around not waiting on customers. The credit card machine wasn't working after we waited she told me it wasn't working and it was cash only no signs saying this. Young teens running around and employee sitting on the counter. This McDonald's has the best food in have had from McDonald's in a long time.. our home town McDonald's is so horrible I quit even getting fries from there because they are gross.. I thought maybe it was a McDonald's problem systemicly.. but this McDonald's had the best fries and best mcdouble I have ate in 2 years props to you guys..service was not that great super slow and slightly rude.. would go. Back because of food quality

We were going to visit family and my husband decided to stop by and get a sandwich. We tried to use a coupon on the app and was told the coupon doesn't work on the steak bagel.
