As a bagel restaurant, they should be held to a higher standard. I would say the bagels are somewhat chewy. Soft interior and looks like they are fresh. Oddly enough I don't think they taste exceptional but if you are comparing them to a Costco or Grocery store bagel I would say these definitely are softer and freshly made. Nice place for breakfast or lunch. The menu has some creative combinations, so if you're tired of the same old menu you'll find something a little different on top of standard fare. The bagel chips that are served with sandwiches are yummy too.
