This local restaurant gets packed during the morning hours between 5 am. and 7am. for the daily breakfast rush, due to this being the only McD's open early in the am for the Wilkes Barre and surrounding region. After that is when the restaurant normally sees regular customers working from the city. The best time to visit the establishment is around 2pm.
