Went to Arby's on looks rd in York Pennsylvania to have lunch with my niece and was very surprised that the manager was walking around the restaurant to ask her customers about their services and to see if they could do anything else to make their service any better. I complimented the young lady who has been manager there for 9 years. Very polite and soft spoken. Very clean establishment and great service. Stopped here at 9:53 not knowing they close at 10:00 and I had a huge order. instead of being met with passive aggressive remarks or anger For ordering right before closing the manager on duty was extremely kind and happily made my food fresh. The staff here is super awesome and deserve recognition and the food is top notch compared to other Arby’s I’ve been to! Highly recommend!

It was a little pricey on a few things and i wish my double beef n cheddar hadbeen made a little nicerBut all in all my food was good, staff was friendly, and the lobby should probably ve cleaned a little more frequently but it wasn't too terribleI'd still recommend this location, especially for milkshakes, the jamocha and the strawberry was absolutely amazing!
