I got the Finch and it was very good. The only reason I gave this review 4 stars is because the broccoli salad was dry and because the hostess asked us if we wanted the pickle appetizer but never brought it and didn't convey to our server that we wanted it. The restaurant is clean, and it was a good atmosphere. They didn't have the twisted chicken anymore but you can build your own sandwich so it worked out ok anyway. Placed an order for pick up and came after closing (not realizing they were closed) and Mike was extremely accommodating and kind despite us keeping him there late. He’s a keeper!

This place used to be much better, but I feel it has fallen victim to complacency and Bidenomics... prices have gone up, quality has gone down, and extra little fees have been added. The food is still very good and the service people are very nice, but they also appear as worn out and tired as the store itself. I feel like it could see better days again here if they could liven the place up a bit and get some more positive energy going.
