You have to go into BONES N SHELLS, dining area to the left. This is the sushi place. Chef here has 40-50 years of experience. Anything you want! No end to the kind of rolls he's made in his lifetime. My favorite is quail egg sushi. I asked him to make a nest of spicy tuna with the egg on top. Yes! Our new favorite place for sushi! Must check this out if you're a sushi lover.
The best way I can describe this place is that it's a biker bar that serves heavy-handed, Americanized sushi. Not that that's a bad thing, but it's also not what I expect when going to a sushi place. The sushi rolls are large and overflowing with toppings. The slabs of raw fish are thick and chunky. The prices seem high per roll given the ambiance but when you realize each roll is probably 40% larger than an average sushi place, they seem to be priced appropriately. Nothing...read full review
