Food is always good and restaurant is always clean! We eat here a few times a year for celebration and my daughter (she loves the bread)but today was a bit different. I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this location. My mom and I were travelling up from Florida and decided to try Texas Roadhouse for the first time ever. The service was beyond amazing. We told our waitress this was our first time at a Texas Roadhouse and within 5 minutes a manager came over to us with beer koozies, his card, menu and coupons for next visit. Was highly upset !! Very disappointed!! went yesterday first in line ..took a 40 mins for my grandsons food to come out..he was done eating before we received our food .my steak was over cooked and my mushrooms were cold !! Not very happy ?. Never took that long on a Friday or Saturday evening an then to not be hot an overcooked .
