Every time I ask for the restroom key, the staff takes me to the women’s restroom. So I ask for the key to the men’s room, and they still take me to the women’s. Burgers are the best in all fast food. They keep using those awful fries that taste like the bag they're in. In 30+ years I've been going to this same DQ, they simply can't think of a container for any desserts that won't tip over or the top won't come off, and HOW many cars have been soiled? Containers are for presentation, I get it, but not everyone wants to sit there.The owner is a wonderful person. This is a very profitable DQ - but it's depressing. After I had paid an employee indicated it would be a few minutes for my order. I, unfortunately, had very little time so requested a refund. Two additional people confirmed I wanted a refund. I was asked to move ahead, and waited the “few minutes” regardless, only to be brought food I no longer had time to eat (not the refund I requested). When brought the food the woman seemed surprised I had indicated a refund.
