Incompetence at its finest. Went to KFC when I entered I was the only customer and a lady was doing something in machine no greetings nothing. I was standing there for 5 minutes and she did not say anything was doing something and then said I have 2 more orders so wait in a very intentionally unprofessional manner. Was there the other day for lunch wasn’t real busy but waited 20 minutes for chicken. Yes it was noon but they should have plenty of chicken cooked ready for lunch crowd. Most people don’t have much time at lunch and waiting that long on a lunch break isn’t acceptable.

Came to this location this evening and got 2 Big Crunch boxes. There was only 6 pieces of popcorn chicken which is just sad, and their macaroni salad tastes rancid now, I spit it right out… not worth $33?
