Such a gem to have the Culinary Institute in town! You cannot find this type of menu anywhere else, especially one that rotates through the year! It’s always lovely to meet the students in training and be absolutely delighted by the wonderful menus they are preparing. An incredibly affordable fine dining experience! It's a shame that they now close during the summertime, as I know tourists would really enjoy it - and likewise, students may appreciate having a summer job option after graduating.
