EVERY time I go through the drive thru, the order is wrong. I always gave them the benefit of doubt . Tonight I ordered , spicy with no lettuce. 3 topping minus 1 . Only mayo and tomato. I got mayo and lettuce. I go in to let them know , I ordered a spicy with no lettuce . They remade the chicken sandwich. I take it to my car to check again before I take off. Very shocked that they have no scanner for my Wendy’s Reward app!!! I missed out on points and a discount. It’s 2023 for crying out loud. I won’t be back until they get with the times—so 1999 there!

While this odds a fast food joint, I love their grilled chicken Caesar salad. It’s a complete meal and a healthier option than the burger or fries. I always ask for extra crotons and salad dressing. Nice ratio of chicken and lettuce with Parmesan and bacon bits.
