Terrible service on Sunday at 4:30Order fries for my daughter completely cold and soft. I ask for a fresh one she wasn’t happy told me to go wait at the parking and the girl who came to drop off is completely rude also and now my friends has no salt and burn fries…But What is this world becoming???!!!
A disappointment!!! There were 2 cars at the drive-thru, we ordered a coffee+muffin AND a latte; they only give us the muffin... so already it's very sad to wait for 2 SIMPLE drinks which does not require a national diploma... 2 minutes later they come to bring us back the latte (disgusting by the way...) and we had to leave beat for 5 minutes to get our coffee that we paid for!!!! I find that shameful!! No apologies from the staff and the coffee was really disgusting.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Monday, March 4, 10 p.m., I place my order at the drive-thru, WORST cheeseburger, More ketchup than cheeseburger. DISGUSTING. I go back to the drive-thru and I'm told it's impossible to get another one or refund me because they're closing. Very bad
