There were great vegan options. The service was pleasant. There was a lot of choice. It is more of a fast food place. Something to eat on the go, even though I did sit down to eat (this was an option).
Food is good but the man taking the orders didn't look patient with other customers, who were not familiar with the menu. I felt bad for them.Other Cooper Branch restaurants has always been nice. I love their food, it's so rich.

This is my favourite vegan spot!The personnel are very polite and always seem to be trying their best at satisfying their customers.I can see they get a lot of negative reviews, but give them a break! Customer service isn’t easy.A lot of the complaints they receive are out of their control.Keep up the good work!
