“Great restaurant discovered by chance while searching the internet to find a bring your own wine restaurant outside Montreal... We weren't sure what we were going to do when we arrived because the location is a little strange and located inside a small hotel. ..As soon as we entered, our opinion began to change... Warm welcome, festive atmosphere and smells to whet anyone's appetite! The service was perfect and the food really delicious.... We loved our evening!“
“It is the oldest pizzeria in the area. The best rated. The food is excellent and there is a very large variety of foods. From breakfast (with its own menu) to pizzas, pasta, meats, soups, seafood... the service is excellent, in addition to eating well, I laughed with the waitress, very friendly and pleasant. The prices are very reasonable, you can come and eat with a little money or if you prefer, you have options to order more expensive dishes. All types of pockets are welcome and have their options. They also have burgers ? and sandwiches. The pizza menu alone offers 31 different options. They also adapt if you want to make a custom pizza ?, even if it is not on the menu. Pizza prices range from $14.99 for a New York pizza to $21.99 for pizzas with certain types of meat. See my photos where the complete menus with prices are. “Popped into La Tomate Blanche in the heart of the South Shore's Dix30 shopping and entertainment district for a quick lunch. Located on the second floor (above the Japanese resto Niji), La Tomate Blanche has a very modern urbane decor with large windows allowing in tremendous amounts of natural lighting against a predominantly white decor, giving it more of a Miami feel than suburban Montreal.Coincidentally, we ended up ordering the exact same dishes from the Table d'Hote...the soup of the day, Broccoli Soup (excellent...one of the best versions I've had) and the Ravioli di Zucca (ravioli stuffed with pancetta in a creme sauce (also excellent). High regards for the pasta dish.Overall service was very friendly and pleasant with the meal being delivered promptly and in keep with a faster lunch service. Worth a visit if you are in the area.
