A friend of mine and I recently had lunch at the Rouge Bistro-Grill at the 10/30 in Brossard, Quebec. Reservations had been made in advance and so we were comfortably seated in a four-person booth.I ordered some Pelligrino (which some restaurants don’t stock anymore) and were both ordered from the luncheon menu. Belle découverte, surtout qu’on nous a accommodés pas mal à la dernière minute… Mon poulet Général Tao était absolument délicieux et la portion était généreuse. La sauce du poulet aux arachides de ma conjointe était plutôt liquide et l’assiette contenait beaucoup de légumes pour la quantité de viande, mais le goût était néanmoins très bon.
