Ordered online at 6:40pm, says pickup ready for 7:05pm, got there for 7:05pm and had to wait in the restaurant until 7:35 pm for the order to actually be ready to go. Would rather just get told before arriving to the restaurant that it will be ready around 7:40pm so we don’t have to sit in the restaurant waiting, I can wait more comfortably in my own home lol.
The Poulet Côte St-Luc restaurant is a real pleasure. The atmosphere is friendly and family-friendly, and the barbecue chicken is delicious in every bite. Their club sandwich is the best I've ever had, and the coleslaw and fries are also very good. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the service is great. We go there regularly and often order takeout as well. It’s truly a place where you feel good and where you eat well!

Juicy chicken and the fries are very tasty (fresh not frozen kind). Service was good too.Just wish they would have full course meal options: small soup or salad, main meal, mini dessert & fountain drink or coffee/tea for one price at supper time 7 days a week.*Going at lunch time during the week (as suggested by the owner) for a full course meal isn't possible when you are a family who works in the daytime and kids are in school.*
