Restaurant Chez Lien

We went a few times with our children, the service was always excellent. Food was served really fast, it is the fastest service I’ve ever seen besides fast food restaurants. I appreciate their BYOW policy. The hot chicken soup starter is simple, but really good for the soul. I always get menu 'E' (Beef and shrimp brochettes) with Vermicelli, simple green salad and spring roll. Spice up the brochettes with a little Vietnamese hot sauce (but not too much, it's hot !!!!). The pho (listed as soup main courses on the menu) was a bit lackluster, but the app was great and the other patrons' food looked good. I'd recommend coming here for a satay and not the pho.
