The store on Greber is the best one in Gatineau, never had an issue with the food here. The only on St-Joseph is another story. Was in that area and stopped for lunch. The chicken was very greasy and looked stale, not fresh at all. Been here before and never really satsified, will only go to the Greber store which has always been good .
Decent service and pretty consistent food. Don't come here if you're looking for a healthy option! Let's be real, no one actually goes to KFC and wants something healthy anyway. It's a guilty pleasure we should all indulge in every now and then.

Mother's Day 2021...decision to have KFC. I arrived in the parking lot and parked. Put in my mask and proceeded to go inside because the drive thru queue was very long. At the door I noticed a 8x11 yellow paper saying that service was drive thru only. I get back in my vehicle to try and figure out how to get to the back of the line. Finally figure it out with much backing up and go forward. It might have been a good idea to use something like cones to mark the drive thru line...read full review
