Almost always make mistakes on the order. Even when you use the tablet, and avoid communicating directly.The portions are honestly awful. They give you a half filled fries if you order the large. Almost always. I asked for them to fill it up and they told me that’s all I get. Miserable customer service.I feel stupid for going there and spending my hard earned money to get screwed by unreasonable workers for a giant corporation.The location is really tight and cramped too.
Our food sat therefor almost 15 minutes. Asked to speak to a manager twice. No one came. Final got our food. Pancakes and egg mcmuffin were cold. Hasbrouck hot. They said all is hot. NO IT WAS NOT.
