First time I'm desapointed enough to put a comment here. When asked if I wanted a coffee I said yes please and a glass of water, she brought the coffee no water. I said thank oh you forgot the water she behaved as if she never was never asked. Ok maybe she didn't hear it. She wanted to take our orders I had a slight hesitation she rolled her eyes looked back as if to say I was slowing her down, had the same crapy attitude with my guest. We are English speakers on vacation in Montreal and stopped by Ben and florentine for breakfast. The staff were lovely and polite to us, finding us English menus and doing their best to accommodate us. This is far different then the expierences weve had at other restaraunts on our treat and we appreciate it immensely. The food was great as well.
