April 10, 2024 we ate at the BÂTON ROUGE restaurants in Greenfield Park, with 3 people, we ordered the 3 rack plates of ribs, the ribs for the 3 were tough, seemed to have been cooked several times, very worn out of our food, it was my wife's celebration.Thank you management,, for the bad experience we were good customers

It's better to go elsewhere.-Soup served cold with no utensils… ask several times…- baked potato all garnished with literally 4-5 crumbs of cheese…-menu advises us that the ribs are served with coleslaw… we are advised that we must ask for that? They serve it to us at the end of our dish…?-finally the steak, lack of seasoning

Everything was very good but a $70 dinner for just one person I find a little too expensive.But very nice atmosphere and friendly service.Wheelchair accessibility: No, the doors do not open automatically. A person in a wheelchair will have difficulty. Dining room on several small floors.

Never order the shrimp skewer, my mother was served 5 shrimp, for 17 piasse, without rice, or salad, or vegetable as an accompaniment..an empty plate, I should have taken a photo....Have never return there, you have just lost 3 customers, not counting those who read this review. not to mention the service, barely received the starter, the main meal at the same time or almost. Not strong.

This is my take-out experience, possibly different in the dining room but the flavors and cooking will most likely be the same.Tiny portion of McDonald's style fries, the vast majority were very small pieces, very hard and practically inedible. The coleslaw was tasteless, just the side dish served with a portion and a half of ribs.As for the serving of ribs, I know a serving is calculated by the number of bones in it but it was extremely small, and the meat was minimal and thin. The sauce was extremely sweet with a tomato aftertaste, the meat itself didn't really have any smoky taste or flavors.The only positive point was the dip as a starter which was very good, and that's not all bad.
