Several individuals have already mentioned the very slow service. I confirm that it is entirely of completely mediocre quality. Because it is true that employees always have their cell phones in their hands. And even if they see you waiting at the counter to order, no subtleties being to make you believe that they have not seen you, actions/reactions as an adequate approach towards customers are purely non-existent results for reasons their knowledge and know-how are blatantly...read full review

Worst service in my entire life. Only one order in front of me and I waited for 50 minutes with my kids and I'm still waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. It's a fine excuse for the lack of employees, but there are 4 behind the counter and I currently have 26 people waiting..... IT'S

The young person in front picks up papers on the floor with her hands then goes to fill fries without washing her hands... Cold fries, hot drinks, no ice cream, no ice cream, no gas in the drinks. .. tables more than muddy, garbage cans... we had to leave our stuff on a side table so much that it was overflowing, etc.In terms of safety, they clearly do not have it!!!
