I just read the comment about the lady at the counter is an « ice cube » and I have the same feedback if we’re referring to the same older lady. She actually reminds me not to go eat here. Her expression and attitude screams « I hate my job and having to serve you people! » or « I don’t care or understand the concept of Customer Service ». Such a classic Belle Pro I've found they are few and far between these days. Really nice staff; they really give good portions. It's clearly a matter of opinion, but Belle Pro is better than Lafleaur, sue me but it's true. This is a perfect example of that great poutins, subs and dogs.
