We had trouble holding it, let alone finishing it (we did, but it's very filling). We had ours with medium fat, but there are also other options. The impossible-to-resist fries are excellent as well. Of course, we washed the whole thing down with the obligatory cherry soda.We went specifically for the smoked meat sandwich, but they also have poutine, subs, burgers, hot dogs, and even serve breakfast.They offer catering and have a food truck too!We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality and portion size. You get what you want but you need to wait. I like my fried food very hot so make sure that you ask that you get the food as quickly as possible when it is ready from the kitchen. They only have fountain soft drinks, I prefer cans since they are not flat as fountain or plastic bottles.“

“I have been eating at Dic Ann's since this location opened in 1981. There are several locations now but I haven't been to this particular restaurant in years. Nothing has changed since 1981 except for the prices. It's literally like walking back into the 80's. That said, I am a big fan of Dic Ann's. My only complaint is that they do not put enough of their special sauce that made them famous on the poutine. All other locations that I have visited do put a more generous amount of sauce. The food is served quick, hot and fresh. It's a little bit pricey but when you have a craving for their sauce the price will not make a difference.“
