I've been wanting to try Pizzeria No.900 for some time. We opted for the Centropolis one. Arrived around 7 p.m., we had not reserved, there was a small table for 2 still available. There were also a few free group tables, which filled up in no time. We wanted to save room for dessert, so we didn't get an appetizer. We went there for the pizza only. The meal was well priced and tasted good.The service was fast and courteous.Relatively calm atmosphere. A conversation can be carried on without having to shout.The restaurant is usually full. Very good pie, it's in the top 3 in Laval for me.The crust is very light and flaky, however, the pie was undercooked. The middle was soft with a massive amount of flop, I couldn't even pick up a slice without the toppings falling off.
