I went to Le Q.G. on a New Year's Eve ski trip. Since it is just a little further down the hill (less than 5 minute walk) you can avoid the crowds at the base area restaurants. The menu had so many interesting French options; escargot, boar, frog legs, elk. We got the boar, escargot, and tuna tartare. Everything came out hot and delicious (not hot tuna tartare of course). The real hidden gem of Mont-Tremblant! They serve authentic Quebec food. We had a nice Christmas dinner there. I ordered Walleye fillet and my partner ordered stewed wild boar. I highly recommend the wild boar. Very suitable for cold weather haha. The fillet was a little bit bland in my opinion, but if you want something light definitely try that. Been coming to Tremblant for years and just found this place. The food was outstanding and the best in the village. We had the elk carpaccio, boar stew, pork belly, and blood sausage. Every dish was fantastic. Service was friendly as well. Left here disappointed we wasted $ eating at other restaurants nearby. We will definitely return!
