Our recent visit with friends turned into a nightmare due to the horrific behaviour of the restaurant staff.Despite our group being mostly vegetarians, the staff showed no regard for our dietary preferences and treated us with utter disrespect. When we politely asked them to prepare our sandwiches separately to avoid any meat touching the veggies, they were incredibly rude and dismissive, refusing to change their gloves between orders. The attitude didn't improve when my husband and I tried to place our order together – the staff indirectly made a mocking comment directed at my husband, which we tried to brush off. But the disrespect continued throughout our visit.When we ordered a mozzarella Bella sandwich and requested a veggie patty, the staff's reaction was downright hostile, as if our simple request was an inconvenience to them. Even though pesto was listed as an ingredient on the menu, they didn't include it in our sandwich until we pointed it out, and then they did so frustratingly, as if we were being unreasonable. The staff appeared so frustrating that he eventually wrapped my sandwich as it appeared in the picture.And when my husband asked for a veggie delight with a veggie patty, the staff initially refused and then reluctantly added one patty, making it clear that we wouldn't be getting any more.The whole experience was incredibly disappointing and left us feeling disrespected and undervalued as customers. The staff is very mean, rude, and extremely racist. We won't be returning to that restaurant anytime soon, and we'll be sure to share our negative experiences with others. It's disheartening to see so many similar comments and still no action taken for such a renowned brand like a subway!

Capitan Nemo

A tall, thin guy with a beard is a great guy, he does his job well. An elderly man and a young boy, out of idleness, lecture visitors even though they have a tip. It would be better if they made sure the leftover coffee wasn't cold.

This is the best sub I have ever had. Bread was fresh, had enough toppings and the staff were friendly.

It was the worst experience ever at this subway. The staff were in a hurry and wouldn't even listen. They didnt even put the toppings or sauces properly and didn't even bother to fillup the toppings once they were finish. No hygiene maintained throughout my visit. They didn't even changed their gloves nor did they clean the knife while switching from veg to a meat sandwich. The breads where also not fresh while we ate them. We ordered 7 sandwiches and none tasted as per the standards of subway like it should have been tasted. NOT RECCOMENDED AT ALL.

Guy refused to serve us even 1 hour before closing. He was racist, he served local guys infront of us . I think management for this store is racist too. there are so many reviews for the same, no action is being taken.

However, upon entering the store, I was informed by the staff that they were no longer serving customers and that they were already in the process of closing. This was deeply frustrating as I had followed the stated operating hours and expected to be able to place my order.It is essential for any business to honor its advertised closing time, especially when customers make an effort to arrive within that timeframe. By denying service before the specified closing time, the Subway store displayed a lack of professionalism and respect for its customers.This incident left me feeling ignored and inconvenienced. As a result, I had to look for an alternative dining option, wasting both time and effort. The store's failure to serve me within the published operating hours reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.I hope that the management of this Subway store takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue of not serving customers before the stated closing time. It is crucial for businesses to prioritize customer service and ensure that customers are treated with respect, regardless of the time they choose to visit.Based on my disappointing experience, I cannot recommend this particular Subway store to others who may be seeking reliable and timely service

Very rude staff. We were there 1 hour before closing and the gentleman refused to serve us. Felt this was racial as we were refused and some local customer were served. If you are operating at a tourist place than you need to expect visitors from other provinces. Very very very poor customer service.
