The male bike repair tech was so kind and helpful on Friday Oct 20, he was able to re-fasten the screw and locate a washer for the bottom of my shoe clip - free of charge. Really appreciate the fantastic customer service and will be back soon!
Had a great experience! We rented a cargo bike for the day and cycled the city super conveniently with two kids.Service was excellent, bike were in perfect condition, would definitely come back again. Thank you!
