I have always had a good experience until today at 12:15 a.m., when I decided to go get something to eat there. I eat 2 spicy tuna sandwiches, 1 of which is a trio. I explain to the cashier 3 times what I want because he doesn't seem to understand. I pay and he asks me what I would like for a second drink. I don't understand and I explain to him that I only asked for a trio and not two. He told me yes and that he asked me several times to clarify what I did each time. He tells...read full review

Unfortunately this downtown institution has nosedived over the past few years. Quality, cleanliness, price. Everything. Shame. The paninis don’t really even resemble paninis anymore, aren’t pressed down or grilled properly.I would recommend Bodega in Griffintown or Parma Café on Bishop as great alternatives.
