Wow! My wife and I were in the area checking out the sites when we slipped and fell right into this restaurant, and It delivered on so many levels. I had the pulled pork poutine, which was amazing. Depth of flavor and the smoked pork was perfect. The interior of the restaurant was unique and, despite the appearance, very comfortable with great music playing in the background. I would recommend Poutine Centrale to everyone.
Very good poutines! Fresh potatoes and homemade sauce.Relaxed and pleasant atmosphere with high ceilings. Good little beers from microbreweries. Lots of real plants.To try if you are in the area

One of the best poutines in town, in my opinion! A little expensive (but what isn't at the moment...) but generous portions, original and excellent poutines. I highly recommend the Jacqueline ;)
