I made a reservation for an omakase on Friday and decided to order a drink as well. It was pretty pricy, 227$ after tax and tip. The $150 Omakase is a no-brainer. The level of detail, the quality of service and the fresh ingredients are simply amazing.The various dishes in the omakase service include caviar, A5-grade wagyu beef, bluefin tuna and many other high-quality ingredients.Service was impressive with remarkable attention to detail.This was already my 4th visit to Ryu and I'm planning to go there again on my next trip to Montreal.
