Their salt and butter pretzel are excellent. I go there about 8 times a year and never had a problem withe staff, the freshness and overall quality. Minor thing, my daughter and I love to get a slush with our pretzel in summer and to our experience, the slush machine doesn't work half of the time. So we just pick up the slosh at the dep on the way there and just buy the pretzels, their loss. I went to this Fairview location and WOW what an experience, this was life changing!!! Super nice ladies running the place, made me believe in humanity again. Best pretzels in the world and i've been to Germany !!! I love mr. pretzels :)

Delicious pretzels baked on the spot. I tried the cinnamon sugar and it was amazing! Super easy to access since it's close to the main entrance of the mall. I will definitely go back.
