I've been a big fan of Baton Rouge for a long time, but my recent experience has been disappointing.I ordered the filet mignon medium rare and got a steak rare almost blue. At $46 for the filet mignon plate, I expected it to be cooked to perfection.Each of our 4 plates was lukewarm. The quality of the proteins was there, but we lose a large part of the appreciation when the temperature is not right. Dinner as a couple,entrance-CAULIFLOWER WINGS Excellent-BEEF TARTAR GoodMain plate-CHIMICHURRI BAVETTE… do NOT order!!!!!! Much too spicy on top unfortunately-NEW YORK STRIP LOIN goodService by the ordinary waitress.. we have already been in November 2022 and not at all the same experience fortunately

I love this restaurant chain but the food is not always of good quality. Sometimes it's delicious, other times it's much less good. The menu is very good wt the atmosphere too.
