Good restaurant in general but we won't go back. The menu is very nice except what is on the plate is very normal. Bone marrow overcooked, sweetbreads, the taste is spoiled by cooking and breading. Disappointing scallop shell. On the other hand, the flank steak is one of the best I have eaten. Excellent dessert. To eat good meat, Charbon remains my favorite in Quebec.
Excellent steakhouse! Super original to serve beef jerky instead of bread at the start of the service! Not only is their steak delicious, but their fish is tasty too. The service was good!

Première visite on a adoré! J'ai pris un tartare de saumon qui était excellent, mon conjoint a pris un steak Boston prime bleu il a été très satisfait de la cuisson et de la pièce de viande. Service très rapide et très beau restaurant, on va certainement revenir. Les prix sont très bien pour la qualité et les portions. Merci
