It has a great location. We didn't order the food, so I cannot comment on that. It was just a regular bar with casual service manner. Beer selection was not that exiting either.

Being able to snag a table here, or anywhere for that matter, is nothing short of a miracle. It seems like all of North America decided to holiday in Quebec City for the Labor Day weekend! The streets are jammed with cars, people, and cruise ships nearby dumping thousands more on to the quaint alleyways.The restaurant is located off a very steep multi tiered stairway, about two-thirds up from the bottom.We had a table that enabled us to watch all of humanity going up and down...read full review

Excellent place to enjoy a very good meal while people watching.Chocolate gateaux was amazing! I haven't had a chocolate cake as good in many years. Icing was delicious without being too sweet and was perfectionIPA beer boreale was refreshing and tasty with guava, papaya flavorsOur server/hostess was very nice and personable! Great service; absolutely no rush to turn over the tableAll in all, excellent value in a busy tourist area.
