Excellent, freshest and tastiest sushi in the heart of old Quebec. The chef prepares them as he goes, a very small room on the other hand, but it's OK for the business model. A very pleasant place, I have visited 3 times and there will be more ?
LOVED this place. Came here twice in Feb 2024, had the 12 or 14 pcs chefs choice and I loved everything.Most places I’ve gone to - Vancouver, Montreal anywhere really - tend to include a few “simple” rolls like California or one of the maki rolls (just cucumber or just tuna) in a combo platter - it’s cheaper and less time consuming for them to make.But in my experience this place use only what are normally considered the “deluxe” rolls for their chefs’ choice platter.Umami...read full review

Very delicious well made sushi. Saw a lot of good reviews on Google and they weren't lying. Service was quick and the staff were very polite. I got the chefs choice 14pcs. Will be coming back again soon when I visit Quebec City again.
