Service mostly impeccable, the cuisine leaves something to be desired, the portions from one time to the next are irregular and the freshness of certain raw vegetables leaves something to be desired. I complained several times but with no change on their part. Always excellent service on Thursday lunchtime.The food is OK nothing more. Expensive for what is offeredThe place is clean and friendly.Sometimes it is difficult to hear yourself speak due to noise.
First experience at the St Hyacinthe branch this Monday and our server Gabriel, to make a long story short, was really top notch. In addition to being very experienced in his field, he was able to help us no matter the choice we had made, without even being asked, he knew how to describe the dish and the ingredients to perfection. Being a waiter myself, I will take note of Gabriel and one thing is certain on our next visit to St Hyacinthe it will most certainly be with Gabriel....read full review
