Thanks to Livro for the quality of service! The mobile application is easy to use and the food offer is varied. The delivery men and women are always courteous and friendly. We are online orders whales. We order up to three meals a day.Livro repeatedly makes mistakes in the orders and belittles us when we call. Then they ask us to call the restaurants who are powerless. Some restaurants even call us back to tell us that Livro hang up on them.Compare this to DoorDash where customer service acknowledges us as their top regional customers.Livro NEEDS a quality insurance process. They don't have it.
Customer service more than mediocre, from calling 4x because I was put on hold to end up hanging up and in the end disrespectful owner, no class, it does not deserve to have a business of people like that, threat of calling the police, delivery girl lacks class and order which should arrive between 20 to 30 minutes to take 2 hours to arrive?!?!??
