I went there on Thursday 6 PM. "We have no chicken left" they said. This is Kentucky Fried Chicken and they didn't have chicken ready to serve at diner time. We got our meal 45 minutes later. No salad, no gravy sauce. What kind of rotisserie is that?This is like that time when I went to Tim Hortons at lunch time and they didn't have any more soup nor donuts.On top of that when you eat on site in restaurants now you are automatically a third class citizen and are getting served...read full review
It felt like i was in a movie scene, the incompetence of the staff is inimaginable. The order didn’t take too long to prepare, it was mostly the conversations between staff and staff/customers. There’s no chemistry, the owner of this franchise needs to step in before it’s too late. Food is a solid 4/5!
